Life Valporc Project
This consists of the valorization of pig carcasses for their transformation into biofuels and organic fertilizers. (2014-2021).
EMULFAT project
Valorization of refining interfaces as an additive for the manufacture of feed – (2018-2019).
Oleofat Trader S.L.U., has received a grant from the Government of Navarre under the 2018 call for grants to carry out R&D projects.
HIDROFAT project
This consists of the development and fine tuning of a process of enzymatic hydrolysis of vegetable oleins for the distillation of fatty acids, in addition to developing a heterogeneous catalyst with which to carry out this process. 2019-2020.
Oleofat Trader S.L.U. has received a grant from the Government of Navarre under the 2018 call for grants to carry out R&D projects.
OLEOENZYGLY project
This project has developed and fine tuned a process of enzymatic glycerolysis with which to transform fatty matter of vegetable origin rich in fatty acids and triglycerides into a material rich in monoglycerides, suitable for use as a food additive, in addition to developing a heterogeneous catalyst with which to carry out this process. (2017-2019).
This project has resulted in a publication and a patent.

PENNYFUEL project
This project is focused on the development of a sustainable strategy for the production of biodiesel and other compounds of interest, from a new plant species, Pennycress, and through novel catalytic processes. (2018-2021).
Oleofat Trader S.L.U. has received aid to develop an R&D project financed by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities – State Research Agency and co-financed by ERDF funds within the Operational Programme Promoting technological development, innovation and quality research – Project RTC-2017-6461-3.
SQUALOIL project
The valorization of by-products from the physical refining of olive oil: development of functional foods with extracts of olive oil rich in squalene – (2020-2021).
ERDF contribution
Oleofat Trader S.L.U. has received 50% co-financed aid from the European Regional Development Fund through the ERDF 2014-2020 operational programme in Navarre.
